Welcome to New Mexico Sighthounds
Lobo Lure Coursing Club (LLCC) was formed to host lure coursing events since the sport's inception back in the early 1970's. Originally known as Albuquerque Whippet Fanciers Association (AWFA), LLCC offers several events per year, including AKC and ASFA lure coursing, which are limited to the sighthound breeds. Beginning in 2008, LLCC has also hosted NOTRA oval track racing events; this lasted only a few years. In 2011 LLCC began offering AKC CAT trials, and in 2019 ASFA LCI events which are open to all dogs. We have something for everyone!
